A Panama City landlord uses the threat of a fake “sex-tape” to collect from her tenant. Supposedly she had made the tape by hiding cameras throughoout the apartment. The sad thing is I can see this happening. It’s one of those situations where people who have no clue start threatening each other with no idea where it’s going to lead. That’s Florida, morons and pissing contests.
